BIO: JoJo Harrison is in her first season (2022-23) as a coach for the Sun Devils.
Prior to coaching the Sun Devils, JoJo was the head coach of the University of Washington (UW Seattle) Women’s Lacrosse Club for two years (2018-2020), coaching the team to the WCLA National Championship in 2019 and an undefeated regional season in 2020.
As an undergraduate student at UW (2012-2016), she played for the WCLA D1 club team and was named a team captain for three years, helping the team achieve a trip to the WCLA National Championships in 2016. She was also the team’s president for her last two years of undergrad.
As a high school athlete (Seattle, WA) JoJo was named the most improved player her freshman year, was a two-time captain and named the most inspirational player her senior year of high school. Beginning her senior year of high school (2012) she started coaching youth lacrosse (2nd grade-8th grade) for Washington clubs: Doublecrosse, Vand’als, Groovy Girls and Starz. She also helped select players for the Washington High School Women’s National Team and started officiating in 2019.
JoJo graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health in 2016, and in June 2018 with a Master’s degree in Environmental Health Microbiology. She is currently a graduate student at Arizona State University pursuing a Doctoral degree in Environmental Health Engineering.
